Tectron's
new generation TPVs are highly cross-linked performance elastomers,
which will bring solutions to TPE compounders and processors.
Our TPVs are dynamically vulcanized, where fine rubber particles are dispersed in a plastic matrix. The cross-linked phase provides greater elasticity and thermal stability than other TPEs. Rubber parts made from Tectron H and E series possess outstanding performance characteristics and ability to withstand elevated service temperatures, superseding thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs).
Tectron Systems also manufacture rubber concentrates which are specially designed for compounding, and will enhance the properties of rubber parts with improved heat resistance, weatherability, reduced compression set, chemical resistance and excellent low temperature properties.
Tectron TPVs are recyclable and processed easily by injection moulding and extrusion. Tectron series of products are applicable in various applications in diverse industries including:
